1.1       These terms govern your use of gtlint.com (the “website”). The website is operated by GTL International LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, with its registered address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA, and its affiliate PT GTL International Indonesia, whose office is at Sequis Center, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 71, Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta 12190, Indonesia (together “GTL”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2       By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

1.3       These terms apply only to use of the website. Any engineering, advisory or other services we provide are governed solely by the written agreement for those services.

2. Use of the website

2.1       You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

(a)      use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;

(b)      attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;

(c)      introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;

(d)      use automated tools to copy, scrape or extract content from the website in bulk; or

(e)      use content from the website to misrepresent any connection with GTL.

3. No professional advice

3.1       The content of the website, including project descriptions, case studies, technical articles and insights, is general information about GTL and its experience. It is not engineering, technical, legal, financial or investment advice and must not be relied on as such.

3.2       Engineering decisions depend on site-specific information, applicable standards and the terms of a formal appointment. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of website content without obtaining advice specific to your circumstances from a suitably qualified professional.

3.3       Use of the website does not create any professional relationship or duty of care between you and GTL.

4. Accuracy of information

4.1       We take care to keep the website accurate, but we do not warrant that its content is complete, current or free from error.

4.2       Project descriptions summarise GTL’s role and may simplify technical matters. Values, dates and quantities are indicative. Where a project involved other consultants or contractors, the description refers only to GTL’s part in it.

5. Enquiries and engagement

5.1       An enquiry sent through the website or by email does not create a contract or oblige GTL to provide any service. GTL is engaged only by a signed written agreement.

5.2       Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information with an initial enquiry. Where confidential information needs to be shared, we will agree a non-disclosure agreement with you first.

6. Client names and project information

6.1       Client, project and third-party names appear on the website to describe GTL’s experience. Their appearance does not imply that any client or third party endorses GTL, unless stated.

7.1       The website and its content, including text, drawings, photographs, graphics, case studies and design, are owned by or licensed to GTL and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

7.2       GTL, the GTL logo, GTL-X, ShaftLock and the slogan “Great Success comes from Great Support” are trade marks of GTL. Other names and logos on the website belong to their respective owners.

7.3       You may view the website, and print or download extracts and case studies for your own reference when evaluating GTL’s services. You must not otherwise copy, adapt, publish or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.

8.1       The website may link to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those websites and accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.

9. Availability and security

9.1       The website is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

14.1      These terms and any dispute arising from them or from use of the website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

14.2      The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
