GTL has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking, whether in our own operations or across our supply chains and project sites, in every jurisdiction in which we operate.

Our Commitments

GTL is committed to:

• Never using forced, bonded or involuntary labour, or labour provided by anyone below the legal working age, in any GTL operation.
• Assessing the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains, subcontractors and labour agencies, particularly on project sites in higher-risk jurisdictions.
• Requiring subcontractors and suppliers to meet equivalent standards, and taking action where they do not.
• Providing a confidential route for employees, contractors and third parties to report suspected modern slavery or labour abuse without fear of reprisal.
• Training relevant staff to recognise the signs of modern slavery and labour exploitation.
• Complying with applicable modern slavery and labour legislation in every jurisdiction in which GTL operates.

Responsibilities and Review

Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director. Project and procurement leads are responsible for supply chain due diligence, and every employee is expected to report any concerns. This policy, and our supply chain due diligence, is reviewed at least annually.
