POLICIES

EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

We live in a world of great diversity, of gender, race, culture, age, sexual orientation, ability, skills, experience, values, hopes and dreams. GTL values the diversity of the people who work for us, work with us, and use our services, and is committed to providing an environment in which everyone is treated fairly, with dignity and respect, and has an equal opportunity to contribute to and benefit from GTL’s success.

Our Commitments

GTL is committed to:

  • Making recruitment, promotion, training and reward decisions on merit and job-related criteria alone.
  • Ensuring no employee, contractor or applicant is discriminated against, harassed, intimidated or victimised because of race, sex, disability, age, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Making reasonable adjustments to enable people with disabilities to work effectively.
  • Providing a channel through which employees can raise equality or inclusion concerns without fear of reprisal.
  • Applying these principles consistently across every country in which GTL operates, alongside compliance with local equality legislation.
  • Treating breaches of this policy as a disciplinary matter, with serious breaches treated as gross misconduct.

Responsibilities and Review
