GTL International LLC and its subsidiaries  (together, “GTL”) are directed and controlled through clear lines of accountability. This policy sets out the governance framework that supports the technical, financial and regulatory integrity of our business.

Our Commitments

GTL is committed to:

• Maintaining clear lines of accountability, with the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director holding overall responsibility for strategy, technical, financial and regulatory oversight.
• Complying with the corporate, tax and regulatory obligations applicable to GTL in every jurisdiction in which we are registered or operate.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and appropriate internal controls over contracts, invoicing and expenditure.
• Managing business and project risk through documented risk registers and promptly escalating material risks.
• Reviewing and approving contracts, appointments and significant commitments before they are entered into.
• Maintaining, and periodically reviewing, the suite of GTL policies that give effect to this governance framework.
• Maintaining appropriate professional indemnity and other insurance cover for the services we provide.
• Providing employees, clients and regulators with a clear route to raise governance, compliance or conduct concerns.

Responsibilities and Review

Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director. This policy is reviewed at least annually, and sooner following any significant change in GTL’s corporate structure or regulatory obligations.
