RECEPTIONIST/DCC – UAE
Active, diligent multi-faceted worker sought for the opening of a new office in Dubai, UAE. Proven secretarial and office administration experience is required, applicant must emanate attention to detail, be independent, a self-starter, resourceful; experience working in Dubai is highly desired, but not required. Successful experience working in MENA region with references shall be submitted with application. Written and spoken expertise of the English language is required; additionally, applicants with spoken competencies in French, Tagalog/Visayan and/or Arabic will be given preference. With excellent organizational and administration skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for all electronic filing, transmitting, tracking, and instilling filing practices within the Office, in accordance with Company procedures. Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director and/or Office Manager, in support of the core competency team.
